What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will be an essential part of our policy service department. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to policy servicing, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes with accuracy and professionalism.
- Review, process, and update policy documentation while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear, timely resolutions to customer issues by researching policy details and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and policy transactions in the company systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and consistently meeting service-level standards.
- Support continuous process improvement by identifying common customer pain points and sharing feedback with the Policy Servicing team.
