• Willing to jump in and help wherever needed

We're a small, busy screen printing and embroidery shop, so this position requires flexibility and teamwork. While customer service and office responsibilities are an important part of the job, this is not a desk-only position. Everyone pitches in where needed to keep customer orders moving through production and completed on time.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate team member
• Assist customers picking up completed screen printed and embroidered orders
• Check customers out and process payments
• Answer basic questions regarding orders and pickups
• Take accurate messages and relay customer information
• Use basic computer programs, email, and phone systems
• Help keep customer orders and paperwork organized
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Maintain a clean and organized front office/customer area

Screen Printing & Production Responsibilities

• Assist our screen printing production team as needed
• Sort blank and printed apparel by customer order, style, color, and size
• Count shirts and verify quantities
• Stack and organize garments before and after printing
• Fold completed screen printed shirts
• Box and prepare completed orders for customer pickup
• Move orders between the office and production areas
• Help organize incoming apparel and completed jobs
• Assist with general production tasks during busy periods
• Keep production areas organized and clean
• Lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
