Job Description
Join Pride Health as a Accessioner I at Dublin, OH! This is a 13 weeks contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Dublin, OH 43016
Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 PM–8:00 AM (3rd shift)

Pay Highlights: $17-18.50/hour (Based on years of experience & education)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and triage laboratory specimens for clinical testing.
- Process and organize patient specimens, including primarily blood specimens, as well as urine and tissue samples.
- Accurately catalog and identify specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Manage clinical and patient information within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Ensure specimen information is accurately entered and maintained in the laboratory database.
- Perform internal audits of clinical charts and associated information as required.
- Collaborate with various laboratory departments to ensure accurate and timely testing.
- Operate automated laboratory instrumentation under supervision, when necessary.
- Follow established laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing.
- Maintain specimen integrity and ensure samples are appropriately routed for testing.
- Identify and address discrepancies or issues with specimens and associated information.
- Meet established quality, accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time expectations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinical information.
- Follow all laboratory safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a laboratory team.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 0–2 years of work experience; laboratory experience is beneficial.
Note: Local candidates within 20-25 miles are eligible.
