We are a well-established local company hiring PART-OR FULL TIME technicians to perform residential, commercial, and industrial window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate pressure washing equipment.
- Ability to work on ladders and handle various outdoor weather conditions, except rain and storms.

Benefits:
- Performance-based bonuses after 6 months.
- Paid time off (PTO) after one year.

- Potential to transition into an independent role with a company truck after 6 months.

Compensation:

Our lead technician earned $72,000 last year, this amount did not include bonuses. 

Tips are yours

Training Pay for 2 weeks is $15 an hour unless already knowledgeable

Commission is paid weekly at 30% of the total job. Jobs range from $500 to $25,000. Note: Large jobs often require more than one technician.
