Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Gunster seeks a full-time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for its West Palm Beach office. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence; reviewing titles and surveys; drafting and reviewing purchase, sale, and loan documents; and reviewing zoning reports, service contracts, and permits. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience with commercial real estate closings and title matters. Law firm experience is preferred.
