What you'll do:

• Oversee leasing, renewals, resident retention, and day-to-day property operations
• Lead and develop the on-site leasing and maintenance team
• Own budgeting, financial reporting, occupancy goals, vendor relationships, and property presentation

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years experience as a Property Manager or Community Director in multifamily
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills
• Yardi / Entrata / AppFolio experience a plus
