The Crew Member at our fast-paced casual dining and quick service restaurant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of a small team, this position involves engaging directly with guests, ensuring food quality, maintaining health standards, and supporting overall restaurant operations. Crew Members report to the shift manager and restaurant manager, contributing to a smooth and efficient dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Prepare food items according to company standards
• Take and accurately process customer orders
• Handle cash and operate the point of sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining and service areas
• Stock and organize inventory supplies
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain tables and dining areas during service
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly

• Entry-level experience in restaurant service
