Location: Louisville, KY

Rate: $18/Hr

2 openings: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

1 opening: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Note: This position is a contract to hire on W2, and is NOT open to C2C.

Customer Service Representative

Seeking a customer service professional to support customers by phone and email, process orders, resolve issues, and provide timely follow-up.

Duties:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process and track customer orders
• Research and troubleshoot customer questions or concerns
• Provide follow-up support and updates
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers

Requirements:

• Customer service experience highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks
• Retail or healthcare experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no degree required
