About the Role:
Join Elite Service Solutions as a Janitorial / Cleaning Technician and play an important role in creating safe, clean, and welcoming environments for our commercial clients across Sarasota, Venice, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton, FL.
We have part-time evening shifts available Monday through Sunday. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. We have immediate opportunities for the right individual.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings.
- Dust, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Empty trash and recycle bins, ensuring proper disposal methods.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom essentials
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with the client
- MUST HAVE extreme ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
Requirements:
- 2 plus years of COMMERCIAL cleaning experience of no less than 3,000 square feet in one shift.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience.
- Ability to work independently and or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
