General Labor/Restoration and Cleanup

Job Title: Water Damage Restoration Laborer - 2 Week Project
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Requirements:  Immediate start - Wednesday, August 19th or Thursday, August 20th 

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Water Damage Restoration Laborer to assist with cleanup and debris removal following water damage. This position involves preparing affected areas for the restoration process by removing damaged materials, transporting debris, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and debris removal following fire or water damage.
• Prepare clean sites for restoration.
•  Including removal of carpet, pad, trims and drywall.
•  Move Load Contents when needed.
• Water damage
• Remove wood flooring place in bags and take to dumpster
• Remove drywall Remove Plywood
• Bring debris to dumpster
• HEPA VACUUM Operation will train

Physical Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and debris up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in areas affected by water damage and construction debris.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
