Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to align with business objectives
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
- Develop process models and workflow diagrams to support solution design
- Support project management with scope definition and change management activities
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders
