POSITION OVERVIEW
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position serves as a central hub for the office, handling front-desk coordination, calendar management, document preparation, and general clerical support for team members and leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Operations & Front Desk Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, including lobby, conference rooms, and common areas.
Monitor, order, and restock office supplies, kitchen essentials, and specialized inventory as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Calendar & Administrative Coordination
Coordinate schedules, book meetings, set up conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials or technology for appointments.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Organize, maintain, and update digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate data management and confidentiality.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and basic vendor coordination.
Team & Project Support
Provide administrative backup to various departments and executive team members on special projects and routine tasks.
Assist in organizing internal company events, team meetings, and client functions.
Perform data entry, audit basic records, and create basic spreadsheets or tracking logs.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred. 1–3 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
Software Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Professional verbal and written communication with a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
