Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience required
Assignment Details
- Schedule: M-F
- Coverage area includes Clinton County, MI and surrounding communities
- EMR: Home Care Home Base
- Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard mileage rate
- Travel within an hour radius of the general coverage hub may be expected based on referrals
