Registered Nurse (RN) Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and demonstrating clinical competence across various therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatments
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications preferred
