Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in the outpatient clinical setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and managing therapy services to facilitate patient recovery and return to community activities. The position is a six-month contract scheduled to start on 09/07/2026, with a standard workweek of 40 hours, primarily during daytime hours.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the staffing agency previously; successful completion of an assignment with the organization previously; 6 months of outpatient experience preferred.
- Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Completes medical record documentation and ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders. Participates in student programs providing a positive learning environment. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrates organizational performance improvement awareness and contributes to quality initiatives. Embraces safety and organizational core values, promoting patient and employee safety in all aspects of care delivery.
