Position: Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, treatment documentation, and discharge reports.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, physicians, dietitians, and other staff on treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
• Provide staff education, in-services, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Assist patients and families with navigating hospital services.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Make patient reminder calls and assist with insurance benefit verification.
