- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): "Staff works 2,2,3 shift between 2 teams.
Meaning they work 2 on, 2 off, 3 on 8 Hr shifts; Daylight, afternoon, midnight, Day Shifts: 06-230, 0630-3, 8-4:30,
9:30-5, Afternoon Shift: 2:30-11, Midnight Shift: 12-8".
- Weekend Requirements: EOW.
- Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation.
- Call or Standby requirement? Response time?: None.
- General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.): BLS, WV Xray License.
