Our client, an industry leader in facility maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Job Title: Janitor

Location: MARION, IN

Pay Range: $13

Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Ensure all areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Clean background check
• Ability to work on the 2nd shift schedule
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
