Temporary Purchasing Coordinator - Now Hiring

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Temporary Purchasing Coordinator to join their team. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be part of the procurement department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temporary Purchasing Coordinator

Location: Hatfield, PA

Pay Range: $29.70Hourly

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM

Assignment is Temporary.  End date is September 30th. 
 

What's the Job?

• Review purchase requisitions to prepare accurate purchase orders using the ERP system.
• Request quotes and compare vendors based on price, quality, lead time, and reliability.
• Build long-term supplier relationships and monitor their performance.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Analyze and resolve purchasing and inventory discrepancies.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and inventory management.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
