Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated CNC Press Brake Operator -1st & 2nd shifts to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Press Brake Operator -1st & 2nd shifts, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator -1st & 2nd shifts
Location: Waco, TX
Pay Range: $20-$22 HR.
Shift: 1st shift- 6am-4:30pm
2nd shift- 4pm-2:30am
Monday-Thursday
What's the Job?
- Operate 350 Ton and 1000 Ton ACCURPRESS brake machines to shape various types of metal components.
- Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to program the brake machines for bend and forming operations.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers to ensure tight tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on the press brakes to ensure optimal operation and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications and manufacturing goals.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Up to 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading drawings and blueprints, with the ability to program brake machines accordingly.
- Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues safely.
