Penmac Staffing is hiring Data Center Operators for a leading international logistics provider supporting data center operations. These are temp-to-hire opportunities with multiple shifts available and pay ranging from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on shift. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are interested in supporting the build-out and ongoing operations of a modern data center environment.

Requirements for the Data Center Operator

Experience in warehouse, assembly, production, logistics, or technical operations preferred
Ability to use basic hand tools and perform light mechanical assembly
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Data center, electronics, or equipment installation experience is helpful but not required
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Data Center Operator Responsibilities

Assemble server racks and related equipment following detailed instructions
Stage, move, and organize materials for installation and operations
Prepare data center spaces during build-out phases
Assist with inventory management and material flow processes
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and operational goals
Adapt to new responsibilities as the facility transitions into full operation
