Brake Press Operator - 2nd Shift
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Penmac Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Brake Press Operator for a full-time opportunity with a manufacturing client in the Conway area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a production environment and have experience operating machinery, reading measurements, and producing quality metal components.
Requirements for the Brake Press Operator- Previous manufacturing or brake press experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
- Operate and monitor brake press equipment to bend and form metal parts according to specifications
- Set up machines using work instructions and production requirements
- Measure finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect completed products for defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
- Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as needed
This full-time Brake Press Operator position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.50 per hour and a consistent 2nd shift schedule of Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Enjoy a three-day weekend each week while working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
