Penmac Staffing is hiring a Production Operator for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in California, Missouri. Requirements for the Production Operator
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift 35+ pounds consistently
- Comfortable performing repetitive motions such as lifting, twisting, and using hands throughout the shift
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Production Operator Responsibilities
- Trim and slice food products using knives or scissors
- Package products into consumer-ready containers
- Load and unload vacuum packaging machines
- Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining production standards
Production Operator Pay & Schedule
- Day Shift: $18.00/hour | 7:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
- Evening Shift: $19.00/hour | 2:30 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
- Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed
- Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
