Lead HVAC Installer

A well-established residential and commercial HVAC organization is immediately looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to cover the Villa Park, IL, and surrounding areas.

HVAC Installer will work out of a well-equipped company vehicle you can take home, where you will be responsible for the installation of residential and commercial HVAC equipment and systems, such as A/C, Furnaces, Boilers, Water Tanks, Tankless Units, Heat Pumps, ductless mini-splits, A/C, Humidifiers, Ductwork, RTU's, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years HVAC install experience with a variety of commercial and residential systems and equipment
• EPA Universal a strong asset
• Own Tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass Drug, Criminal, and MVR background checks

SHIFT: Days, Monday – Friday. Ability to work On-Call Rotation

COMPENSATION:

• $72,000.00 - $94,000.00/year
• Direct Deposit, Bi-Weekly
• Comprehensive Benefits Package after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance)
