Home Care Aide / Caregiver **Full Time, Part Time & Weekends Available

DO YOU CURRENLY WORK AS A CAREGIVER BUT YOU ARE NOT GETTING ENOUGH HOURS... We have plenty of Clients waiting to be service, we have Full Time up to 45hrs/week, Part Time and Weekends available. As a Non-Medical Home Care Aide you will provide essential support to clients ONE o ONE primarily in elderly care in the comfort of their home, post-surgical recovery, and disability assistance. This role focuses on delivering ONE on ONE compassionate personal care and mobility support while fostering emotional well-being. Working day shifts under the supervision of a care coordinator, the aide operates independently with periodic check-ins and support from direct care coordinator to ensure quality and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
• Support client mobility and safe transfers
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Assist with light housekeeping and chores
• Prepare nutritious meals according to client needs
• Maintain accurate client records and report updates
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
• Provide transportation assistance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home care experience
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

• Home Care Aide certification
