General Ledger/Payroll Clerk

Part-Time Accounting Assistant

Looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper to provide ongoing part-time support, approximately 20–30 hours per month.

Pay: $25–$30/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Flexible, with every other Monday required for payroll.

Duties include:

• Bi-weekly payroll, start to finish
• 401(k) submittals
• General ledger
• Debits and credits
• Sending information/emails to accountant
• Other related accounting duties as needed

The work is consistent and repetitive, making accuracy and attention to detail extremely important. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Payroll experience and previous accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
