Job Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Location: Fairfax, VA, 22031
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Pay range: $32.00 to $37.00 per hour on W2 (without benefits)
Job Description:
Duties:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and patient advocacy.
- Monitor vital signs and complex patient conditions, recognize abnormalities, assess pain, and document patient responses.
- Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, point-of-care testing, and routine clinical assessments.
- Conduct medication reviews and mental health screenings while accurately maintaining patient histories and records in EMR/Epic systems.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, healthcare teams, and community resources while maintaining a clean, organized clinic.
