Take the Lead of a High-Volume Parts Department

Kelly Hyundai of Stroudsburg is seeking an experienced, motivated Automotive Parts Manager to lead our dealership Parts Department.

We are looking for a strong operator who understands inventory control, wholesale and retail parts sales, technician support, profitability, and customer service. The right candidate will be organized, accountable, process-driven, and capable of building a high-performing parts team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily Parts Department operations
• Manage parts inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns
• Maintain proper inventory levels and minimize obsolete parts
• Monitor department gross profit, expenses, and overall performance
• Ensure technicians receive the correct parts quickly and efficiently
• Manage retail, internal, and wholesale parts business
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and wholesale customers
• Supervise, train, and motivate Parts Department employees
• Maintain accurate pricing and inventory controls
• Review special orders and backordered parts
• Work closely with Service and Sales management
• Maintain manufacturer compliance and dealership standards
• Conduct regular inventory reviews and cycle counts
• Identify opportunities to increase department sales and profitability

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Parts Manager experience strongly preferred
• Dealership parts experience required
• Hyundai or other manufacturer experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations and inventory management
• Proven leadership and management abilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage department profitability and performance
• Experience with dealership management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
