Job Description
Seeking reliable and experienced Home Health Aide-CNA to provide activities of daily living in home care. Caregiver will assist clients by keeping client safe, reporting dr appointmenrs with the agency, incontinence care, preparing meals, companionship, assist with light housekeep, medication reminders. The ideal candidate must have a valid Texas Driver’s License or TX ID. Minimum of 1year experience in a homecare setting, Assisted living Facility, Home Health and or Hospice experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Mut be able to rovide client care for a bed bound client
- Keeping client safe
- Incontinence care
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks such as laundry and making beds
- Offer companionship and socialization to clients
- Communicate any changes in client condition to the office promptly
- Incontinence care
- Stand by assist
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 1 year as a HHA/CNA
- Valid Texas Driver's License or TX ID
- Punctual, Dependable and reliable
