Per Diem Pharmacy Technician in Easton, PA

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This per diem position offers an opportunity to support pharmacy operations during the week of August 19th through August 25th, working first shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in Easton, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the pharmacy computer system.
• Assist pharmacists in the dispensing of prescription medications.
• Manage and order over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Communicate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and ensure smooth prescription processing.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid pharmacy technician license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx pharmacy software is preferred, but not required.

Schedule:

• Shifts: 1st shift
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Term: August 19th to August 25th
