Join a large data center construction project as a Carpenter. You will work on basic carpentry, temporary containment set up, general labor duties, and deliver high-quality structural work on a high-profile site.
Responsibilities
- Basic carpentry duties across framing, temporary containment, and general site labor duties.
- Set up, adjust, and remove plywood formwork safely and efficiently.
- Interpret and follow construction plans, blueprints, and layout instructions for concrete structures.
- Coordinate daily tasks within a crew environment ranging from 5 to 30 workers, supporting efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all site safety rules and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and protect completed work from damage.
- Communicate effectively with onsite supervision and crew members regarding progress, issues, and needs.
- Work extended hours and overtime as required by the project schedule.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Safety certifications are preferred but not required.
- Previous experience on data center or large commercial building projects is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively within crews ranging from 5 to 30 people.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with onsite supervision and team members.
- Reliability and punctuality for a schedule that includes extensive overtime.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
