Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) | SOB Up to $15K

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading acute care hospital in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Days or Nights Available
• Rotating Weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $29.04 – $39.60/hr (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • Up to $10,000 (Days)
  • Up to $15,000 (Nights)
• Night Differential: $4.25/hr

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and monitor changes throughout each shift
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required (acute care experience not required)
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire
