Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts is in Longmont, CO within a dynamic manufacturing-focused environment. This role is a Long-term Contract opportunity with hybrid flexibility and will lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline, hourly, and production-related talent. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a high volume of openings while partnering effectively with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, production, and other frontline positions from intake through offer stage.
• Evaluate applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and identify individuals whose experience aligns with hiring needs.
• Create, publish, and maintain compelling job postings across appropriate channels to attract talent with relevant experience.
• Build pipelines of both active job seekers and passive candidates using targeted sourcing strategies.
• Facilitate virtual interviews and help guide hiring teams through efficient and consistent interview processes.
• Coordinate candidate movement across each stage of the hiring workflow to ensure timely progress and a strong experience.
• Conduct post-interview follow-up discussions with candidates and gather feedback to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain clear communication with applicants, provide status updates, and manage disposition activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with HR and operational leaders in a fast-moving setting to support ongoing workforce growth and hiring priorities.
• Previous recruiting experience supporting manufacturing, production, or similar operational environments.• Demonstrated success hiring hourly and frontline employees in a high-volume recruiting setting.
• Strong capability in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Experience identifying and engaging both active and passive talent through multiple sourcing channels.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to organize hiring activity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement and managing multiple requisitions with shifting priorities.
• Ability to complete hiring support activities in accordance with requirements for all candidates to undergo screening processes.
