Psych-Addiction NP

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide psychiatric care with a focus on addiction medicine. This role is based in New York, with work locations in the Bronx or Harlem. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of homeless and addiction-affected patients through a combination of direct clinical service and administrative responsibilities.
 

Job Location

Anchored out of either the Bronx or Queens. Work out of Bronx or Harlem location - M-F, 5 days a week.
 

Job Focus

Group focuses on the homeless/addiction type patient.
 

Responsibilities

• 80% direct clinical service model and 20% admin work.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management.
• Provide care across outpatient, residential, and rehabilitation settings.
• Deliver in-person and telehealth psychiatric services.
• Conduct crisis assessments and intervention for high-risk clients.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Ensure compliant documentation and support medication management best practices.

 

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified (BC) and licensed in NY.
• Experience in addiction medicine required.
