Position: Director of Nursing – Surgical Services
Schedule: Full-Time | Days (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Requirement

• Active RN License
• 3+ years of Director-level experience
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Strong leadership experience in Surgical Services

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee surgical services operations
• Monitor performance metrics (case volume, turnaround time, etc.)
• Manage staffing, hiring, and team development
• Oversee departmental budgets and compliance
• Ensure quality patient care and regulatory standards
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
