Join Our Harvest Team!Are you looking for an active, hands-on role in agriculture? We're hiring Harvest Workers to help ensure quality products make it through the harvest process. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy fast-paced work, teamwork, and staying active throughout their shift.
What You'll Do- Sort and inspect harvested agricultural products on a conveyor line.
- Remove husks, stalks, weeds, damaged or moldy products, and other nonconforming materials.
- Maintain product quality standards while working at a steady pace.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety procedures around moving equipment and conveyors.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Demonstrate dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, harvesting, general labor, landscaping, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and remain focused on quality.
- Comfortable standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Able to work in dusty conditions and around elevated noise levels.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Farm hand, agricultural, warehouse, inventory, or landscaping experience.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

This position is performed in a busy agricultural setting with moving conveyor systems, dust, and moderate to high noise levels. You'll work alongside a team of approximately 25 employees dedicated to delivering high-quality harvest products. Long pants are required, and steel-toe shoes are not required for sorting positions.
