• Sort and inspect harvested agricultural products on a conveyor line.
• Remove husks, stalks, weeds, damaged or moldy products, and other nonconforming materials.
• Maintain product quality standards while working at a steady pace.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures around moving equipment and conveyors.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Previous experience in agriculture, farming, harvesting, general labor, landscaping, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and remain focused on quality.
• Comfortable standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Able to work in dusty conditions and around elevated noise levels.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

• Farm hand, agricultural, warehouse, inventory, or landscaping experience.

This position is performed in a busy agricultural setting with moving conveyor systems, dust, and moderate to high noise levels. You'll work alongside a team of approximately 25 employees dedicated to delivering high-quality harvest products. Long pants are required, and steel-toe shoes are not required for sorting positions.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
