Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager oversees daily store operations, managing a medium to small team to ensure optimal sales performance, excellent customer service, and efficient inventory control. Reporting directly to the District Manager, this role is pivotal in driving team success through strategic planning, staff training, and budget management while maintaining a welcoming and well-merchandised store environment. Occasional local travel is required for meetings and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 1-15 employees
• Track and analyze sales performance
• Control inventory and oversee loss prevention
