Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable ICU RN to join a leading acute care team known for its supportive culture and commitment to excellence. This role involves managing complex patient conditions, performing detailed assessments, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team while benefiting from strong career growth opportunities.
Available Shifts:
- Nights (Rotating Weekends)
- Days (Rotating Weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) acute care ER, ICU or CVICU experience. *Would consider PCU/IMCU experience but must have 2 years of exp to qualify
- Associate's degree or BSN
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
- CCRN preferred
Additional Information:
- Nightshift patient ratio - 1:2-3
- Dayshift patient ratio - 1:2-3
Compensation:
- Salary Range: 26.40 - 39.60 Based on experience
- Shift Differentials: 4.25 nightshift diff – 1.50 specialty diff
- Sign-On Bonus: $10K Days / $15K Nights
- Relocation: Available
