Emergency Room RN (FSED) | Up to $15K Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED). This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who thrive in emergency care and are passionate about delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN License (Florida or Compact License)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN Preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of recent ER/Acute Care RN experience (within the last year)
• BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and emergency care skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $29.92 – $44.88/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $4/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10K (Days) / $15K (Nights)
