Position: COBOL Developer
Location: Des Moines, IA - Hybrid
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 base (depending on experience) + bonus + exceptional benefits

Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance COBOL applications
• Support batch processing and scheduled jobs
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes
• Partner with technical and business teams on ongoing initiatives
• Contribute to modernization and migration efforts
Qualifications
• COBOL development experience
• Experience with JCL, batch processing, or similar job scheduling tools
• Unix, Linux, HP3000/HP9000, or AS/400 (IBM i) experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and production support skills
• Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
