Medical Surgical RN | 3x12s | Sign-on & Benefits

We are seeking a Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join a collaborative acute care team in Panama City, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with recent acute care experience who are looking to expand their clinical skills, work with a diverse patient population, and grow within a supportive healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Available Shifts

• Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Rotating Weekends)

Compensation

• $29.92 – $44.88/hr based on experience
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Days)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Nights)
• $4/hr Night Shift Differential
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)

Unit Details

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1

Requirements

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
• BLS required within 30 days of hire
• Recent Acute Care RN experience required within the last 3 years *Experience does not need to be specifically in Med-Surg (Candidates with extensive RN experience may be considered with acute care experience within the last 5 years)
