Locums Urology Physician in Whiteville, North Carolina - Low Volume, Flexible Schedule
Cover inpatient urology through flexible PRN blocks with a light to moderate call workload and no clinic responsibilities.

Practice & Cases
- Inpatient adult urology with full hospital staff
- Typically 2-3 consults and 2-8 rounding patients per day
- Coverage includes ED and inpatient consults, urinary retention, urgent stone management, and acute urologic needs
- Procedures may include cystoscopy, ureteral stenting, and laser lithotripsy for obstructed stones
Schedule
- Approximately 3-7 days of coverage per month
- 24-hour call while onsite
- Sporadic multi-day blocks based on coverage needs
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active North Carolina medical license required
- BLS and DEA required
