Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving a PreK caseload as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist. This role supports young learners with communication needs as part of a dynamic, collaborative school environment near Aromas, CA. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year, making it an excellent chance to make a positive impact and further develop your skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent
  • Valid CA licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; CCCs preferred
  • Experience with school-based or pediatric populations, particularly PreK
  • Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong collaboration, assessment, and documentation abilities
  • Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person assessments and deliver speech-language therapy for PreK students with diverse communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals and IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to foster student progress
  • Provide timely progress monitoring, data collection, and documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insight and advocating for student needs
  • Support classroom strategies that enhance language, articulation, and social pragmatic skills
