Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood populations

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills strongly preferred
• Ability to work in-person and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for PreK students
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Deliver direct speech therapy services in a school-based setting
• Consult with teachers and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings
