A unique opportunity awaits an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eager to make a district-wide impact in a dynamic educational setting near Chattanooga, TN. This contract role offers a flexible part-time schedule of 10-15 hours per week, providing essential behavioral support across a large network of schools. The position is fully onsite, with your central base being the district office, supporting schools via a structured referral system.

You'll play a critical role in a progressive team alongside a collaborative partnership with the Vanderbilt Triad program. Monthly consults and a robust Help Desk model ensure a sustainable workload while upholding the highest standards of care and support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification is required
  • Experience supporting school-aged individuals preferred
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and documentation abilities
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to consult with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Must be comfortable working onsite across multiple schools when needed
  • Willing to complete fingerprinting and district credentialing requirements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver BCBA support to schools throughout the district using a referral-based process (caseload determined by current needs and proximity)
  • Utilize district systems and monthly consultations to collaborate on data and intervention strategies
  • Maintain detailed records and work process notes per district policy
  • Support and guide staff, students, and families alongside district resources and programs
  • Engage in continuous improvement using insights from the Vanderbilt Triad collaboration
