Material Handler II

Job Title: Material Handler II
Job Location: Tracy, CA, United States
Job Duration: 12 Months Contract and high possibility of extension
Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30 PM
Pay rate: $20.00/Hour on W2

Description:

• Receiving, storing, and distributing materials or products
• Operating equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and documentation
• Loading/unloading shipments
• Quality control activities
• Coordinating with team members or other departments

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
• Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers, forklifts) Order Picker/Cherry Picker
• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and order pickers safely

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment and handle materials safely
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (warehouse conditions)
• Work Environment:
• Warehouse/distribution center setting
• May include exposure to noise from equipment and machinery
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes and eye protection
• Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
