A manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Administrative Assistant to support production operations, inventory transactions, and manufacturing documentation activities. This role will spend much of the day working within an ERP system to enter data, update work orders, maintain inventory records, and support production scheduling efforts.The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with data entry and spreadsheets, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and update work orders within an ERP systemPerform high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracyMaintain manufacturing, inventory, shipping, and receiving recordsSupport inventory management activities, including cycle counts and record reconciliationAssist with production scheduling and production trackingGenerate reports and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft ExcelReview production documentation for accuracy and completenessCoordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory, and Planning teamsAssist with document control and record retention activitiesSupport special projects and administrative tasks as assignedEnsure compliance with company quality and safety procedures
