Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Full Time Asphalt Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating potential projects, preparing estimates, and helping us secure new business. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of asphalt maintenance and an eye for detail. The role is part-time, offering 20-30 hours per week, and pays $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits to assess the scope of striping and asphalt repair projects.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for striping, crack filling, and signage installation based on project requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure estimates are aligned with their expectations.
Provide recommendations for pavement maintenance and improvements based on site assessments.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist with project scheduling and coordination between estimating and operations teams.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in asphalt maintenance, striping, or construction estimating preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to calculate accurate project costs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with asphalt striping, crack filling, and pavement repair processes.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.
