CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Two (2) years of work experience in a customer service or office setting
Knowledge of home, life and auto insurance a plus
Must have proven ability to provide consistently high-quality of service
High school diploma or equivalent
$17/HR (Payrate will increase once the casualty insurance test has been passed)
Obtain your Property & Casualty license at no cost to you. You will also be paid for your time in class and taking the exam
Temp to Hire
Monday-Friday
M-F 8a-4:30p
Located in Louisville, KY 40211

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain your Property & Casualty license at no cost to you. You will also be paid for your time in class and taking the exam
  • Answering calls
  • Identify and assess customers¿ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
