Retail Pharmacy Technician - Hanford, CA

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
• Manage inventory and stock medications efficiently
• Assist customers with prescription pickups and provide excellent service
• Support pharmacists in daily operational tasks to maintain smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and safety standards

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with relevant state licensure or registration
• Proven experience in retail pharmacy environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication names, dosages, and pharmacy procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks

Location:

• Position based near Hanford, CA with candidates likely relocating from Fresno, CA

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, standard business hours

This is a contract role expected to last 5-6 months, beginning as soon as possible. Candidates should be ready to transition seamlessly into this important temporary position.
